Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. You all never lost sight of why you are doing this.I am a Vietnam Veteran who has had a difficult trip through life. I never would have dreamed this possible. Kaleb and his team at VU are great! This is our second time buying a home through them and it is very seamless. I love their great communication and the app makes the “to-do” feature so easy to use. They take a lot of the stress out of the process and provide help throughout the entire process.

Our loan needed a little extra attention due to an escrow account and they did the legwork to make it happen. I would nightly recommend Veterans United to anyone who is looking for a VA loan.
