Was contacted by Mr. Sepulveda about 6 months ago. At that time rates had gone down, but not by much. He contacted me again noting rates had gone down further and we started the process for refinancing. As a Veteran, with a Wife and Son, Saving money is always a good thing. From my Family to your team, thank you very much Mr. Joseph Supulveda and Ms. Keagen Phipps, you both were great in seeing this through!! Highly recommend any Veterans, Gold Star families, and civilians alike to use them for your mortgage needs.
