Branch Manager & Senior Loan Officer Miguel Rosinski is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer who served the United States Navy for more than 20 years. From navigating ships from point A to point B, he now uses his time and expertise to navigate Veterans and future homeowners into their new homes. He is passionate about educating on the benefits of the VA loan and helping borrowers understand all of their options. As a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager, he’s helped hundreds of families buy and refinance their home. He’s here to help! When he’s not at work, Miguel enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Senior Loan Officer Joseph Sepulveda is a proud Navy Veteran. He is an OIF Veteran, born and raised in San Antonio and is excited to be able to help fellow servicemen across Texas. By taking part in Veterans organizations such as Christian Warrior Retreat and Warrior’s Keep Organization, Joseph knows the many struggles that Veterans face when returning home. Senior Loan Officer Kyle Rutkoski started his Loan Originator career in 2016 with Veterans United Home Loans in Missouri. He and his wife Natasha relocated to San Antonio in 2020. They adopted two dogs Bexar and Maia right away and just welcomed their first child Charlotte in October 2022. They are excited to grow their family in the San Antonio community. Kyle is motivated to help other families in the area achieve their dreams of homeownership. His goals are to make sure that veterans and active-duty military members understand the VA home loan benefits that they have earned. As Kyle works through the home buying process with you, he will make sure you are treated as family, but for better or for worse, he will give you the honest answers you need and stay as transparent as possible. Senior Loan Officer Alea Schuyler is part of a dual military family, so she offers a unique perspective on military life. Alea and her husband each served over 20 years in the military and know the value of perseverance and hard work. Since she served as a leader in the military, she is comfortable taking the lead and guiding others – and she's excited to work with you on your home loan journey! Outside of work, Alea spends time with her husband, two daughters and their dog. They enjoy jiu jitsu, dance, gymnastics and swimming. Transaction Coordinator Keagen Phipps grew up in Louisiana but was eager to move to Texas after her husband’s active duty service. She is passionate about serving Texas Veterans through her work here. Keagen and her family have utilized the VA home loan benefit twice, so she is very familiar with the process! She works hard to get keys into our borrowers’ hands because she knows how much it means.. Outside of work, she and her husband spend time with her two daughters and their family dog exploring, cooking, and going for walks together.
Transaction Coordinator Brittany Fish has lived in San Antonio for just over 6 years. Growing up, Brittany’s family moved where her father’s job in the Air Force took them. Her military ties don’t stop there, as her grandfather and multiple cousins have also served. Brittany’s experiences have shown her firsthand how important it is for military families to have a secure home base. Now, she gets to pass that sense of security on through her role with Veterans United. To Brittany, there’s nothing better than telling a family that their loan is officially approved. When she’s not helping military families, Brittany loves spending time with her family, including her daughter and two dogs.
Loan Specialist Ashley Draven was born and raised in San Antonio and is honored to be a part of the Texas community and its legacy and customs. Coming from a military family, she brings her skills to the table to ensure that every Veterans United borrower has the best experience possible. As a mother of two young children, Ashley knows just how important care, patience and loyalty are. Having a combined 15 years of experience in the real estate, financial and education fields, she has the perfect foundation to make sure that every borrower feels pleased with their experience. Finding the perfect home is a demanding task, and Ashley is very thankful to be in a place that enables her and her team to make the transition as stress-free as possible.
Loan Specialist Jeff Kueker has been in the mortgage industry since 2012. He views educating service members about their VA loan benefits as a privilege. He’s well versed in all loan types which makes him a valuable resource for any mortgage related questions! Jeff recently became a father of a beautiful daughter in July, so that is where most of his attention and free time are spent now outside the office. If able, he still tries to get in his weekly round of golf. Originally born and raised in Chicago, Jeff has always been a big sports fan and still loves his Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and Cubs.
Loan Specialist Brittany Ross relocated to San Antonio from Idaho in 2014 and is proud to call Texas her home. She comes from a military family and served 5 years in the Army Reserves in the Engineer Corps. Brittany worked in finance for 5 years and joined the mortgage industry in 2021. Her personal and professional experience is exactly what is needed to have the best homebuying experience possible. Brittany loves helping military and Veteran families find their dream homes in our community! Outside of work she enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening. Plus, Brittany loves taking her two kids on adventures every chance she can!
Branch Specialist Mikela Olivo was born and raised in South Texas and relocated to San Antonio from Corpus Christi in 2012. She enjoys living in San Antonio and loves the culture of the city. Mikela landed in the mortgage industry in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Her marketing background combined with her 10+ years in customer service creates an impeccable homebuying experience. She is passionate about getting Veterans, service members and their families into their new homes. Aside from work, Mikela enjoys spending her time with her husband and 2 young children -- exploring all the family activities the city has to offer!
