Miguel Rosinski is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer who served the United States Navy for more than 20 years. From navigating ships from point A to point B, he now uses his time and expertise to navigate Veterans and future homeowners into their new homes. He is passionate about educating on the benefits of the VA loan and helping customers understand all of their options. As a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager, he’s helped hundreds of families buy and refinance their home. He’s here to help! Joseph is a proud Navy veteran and senior loan officer for Veterans United in San Antonio. He is an OIF Veteran, born and raised in San Antonio, TX and is excited to be able to help fellow serviceman across Texas through such a large milestone. By taking part in veterans organizations such as Christian Warrior Retreat and Warrior’s Keep Organization, Joseph knows the many struggles that veterans face when returning home but hopes to use this to make sure that they are getting the best possible treatments at Veterans United. Senior Loan Officer Kyle Rutkoski relocated to San Antonio in 2020. He and his wife – a small animal veterinarian – are originally from St. Louis. They are excited to grow their family in the San Antonio community, and are currently expecting their first child! Kyle is excited to help other families in the area achieve their dreams of homeownership. His goal is to make sure Veterans understand the VA loan process and maximize their benefits. Loan Officer Alea Creighton Schuyler (NMLS #2018647) is part of a dual military family, so she offers a unique perspective on military life. Alea and her husband each served over 20 years in the military, and know the value of perseverance and hard work. Since she served as a leader in the military, she is comfortable taking the lead and guiding others through an experience – and she's excited to work with your on your home loan journey! Loan Officer Carol Rodriquez has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to Phoenix for 15 years and has resided in San Antonio for the past 13 years. Her experience moving across the country comes in handy when serving our Veterans and service members PCSing to our area. Carol loves being a part of the homebuying process for Veterans, and she gets a lot of satisfaction out of helping first time homebuyers get into their new homes! Making a positive impact on families in her community is important to her. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband attending concerts, dancing Texas Tejano and looking for treasures at antique shops to add to her Lady Head Vase collection. Cy Dormire is a loan specialist at Veterans United Home Loans of San Antonio. Cy is new to the mortgage industry, but offers a great understanding of military life since his step-father served throughout Cy's childhood. He hopes to use this knowledge to help Veterans and their families on their homebuying journeys. When Cy is not at the office, he can be found rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs or playing with his German Shepherd.
Keagen Phipps works as a transaction coordinator at Veterans United, San Antonio. She grew up in Louisiana but was eager to move to Texas after her husband’s active duty service, and she is passionate about serving Texas Veterans through her work here. Keagen and her family have utilized the VA home loan benefit twice, so she is very familiar with the process, as well as the experience of a military family. She works hard to get keys into our borrowers’ hands because she knows how much it means to you. Outside of work, she and her husband spend time with her two daughters and their family dog exploring, cooking, and going for walks together.
Transaction Coordinator Brittany Kendall (NMLS #1964551) has lived in San Antonio for over 6 years now, not counting the 5 years she spent here as a child. Growing up, Brittany’s family moved where her father’s job in the Air Force took them. Her military ties don’t stop there, as her grandfather and multiple cousins have also served. Brittany’s experiences have shown her first-hand how important it is for military families to have a secure home base. Now, she gets to pass that sense of security on through her role with Veterans United. To Brittany, there’s nothing better than telling a family that their loan is officially approved. When she’s not helping military families, Brittany loves spending time with her family, including her daughter and two dogs.
Loan Specialist Brandi Nessen (NMLS 2120836) transitioned to her role with Veterans United Home Loans from her previous job helping homeless Veterans move into stable housing. This means she’s joining the San Antonio team with a deep understanding and appreciation for our mission. Beyond this, she married into a military family and learned quickly how important the stability and comfort of a home can be. This further motivates her to serve the community, treating each borrower as she would her own family. For Brandi, nothing compares to having a hand in a military family achieving their dream of homeownership. When she's at home with her own family, Brandi loves soaking up every minute with her son and husband. After moving to San Antonio for the second time, they couldn't be more glad to call our community home.
Ashley was born and raised in San Antonio and is honored to be a part of the Texas community and its legacy and customs. Coming from a military family, she will act diligently and bring her extensive variety of services and skills to the table to ensure that every Veterans United client has the best experience possible. As a mother of two young children, Ashley knows just how important, care, patience, and loyalty are. Having a combined 15 years of experience in the real estate, financial, and education fields, she has the perfect foundation to make sure that every borrower feels comfortable and pleased with their experience. Finding the perfect home is a demanding task, and Ashley is very thankful to be in a place that enables her and her team to make the transition as stress-free as possible.
Jeff Kueker has been in the mortgage industry since 2012. After moving to San Antonio in 2011, he quickly gained a strong appreciation for the military community. He views educating service members about VA loans a privilege and is what he looks forward to the most each day in the office. He’s well versed in all loan types which makes him a valuable resource for any mortgage related questions. Jeff recently became a father of beautiful daughter in July, so that is where most of his attention and free time are spent now outside the office. If able, he still tries to get in his weekly round of golf. Originally born and raised in Chicago, Jeff has always been a big sports fan and still loves his Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and Cubs.
