Honestly I've known homelessness in my life, as a teen before the Navy and again after the Navy at a time I felt the VA had thrown me under the bus. Allot has changed in my life, I've consciously and often privately worked on myself, sowed allot of seed in the hope of a better tomorrow for many years.Then after about 17 years living in a trailer park I decided I'd had enough of the locals affecting my state of well being. My house is not functional all the wiring is loud all the water drainage electrical problems all my trees are broken a plane flys over my head daily hundreds of birds in my yard a tornado type wind shaking house daily

I told my real estate agent Yadi oliveras also sent pictures to her and the builder they stopped communicating
The neighbors next door have a loud dog they make noises their company is cartel members it’s hell living here it’s only been a week

The VA appraisal evaluates the home’s value and certain readily observable property conditions, but it isn’t a substitute for a comprehensive home inspection and may not identify every issue.
