No matter what question I had or what time of the day/night I asked, they always responded. They made sure that I understood everything and also went over every form(with a fine toothed comb) to ensure I was receiving every discount possible as a disabled veteran. I'm forever grateful to both of them for making this entire process quick and as smooth as possible.
