The positive was great we would get down and the positive was so much what we needed.
Every home buying situation is, I think, unique. We presented a scenario that is not only unique, but risky. Didn’t seem to be overly cumbersome to the team VU put together. The only thing I might complain about is the difficulties of time, as we purchased our house from overseas and only had about a 6 hour window that we could all communicate with each other in real time, which neither VU nor I control.
Working with Zack and his team was a blessing. This whole process was as smooth as could be. We couldn't be more pleased.
