Excellent Customer Service, the staff were friendly and polite. They all new what they were talking about and made the best decisions for me saving me money then my previous lender. Also found a cheaper and lower interest.
I was delayed by 9 days on closing. I also needed to do water samples 3 times. This was all due to errors by Veteran's United not giving correct information to me. This cost me over $800 that wasn't necessary.
I was nervous being a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of how everything would work out but the team and loan process was a breeze and helped me to feel less stressed!
