When you get a task on the 'To-Do's' list, complete it ASAP. IT will make your loan experience REALLY EASY, and it will make your Loan Teams' job a lot easier.
Each of the people on my loan team were ALWAYS very respectful and easy to deal with. I was kept informed of progress made and documents needed. If it could be smoother, I don't know how!
