From the very first phone call to close of escrow was flawless. Our Veternas United team: Brian Flanagan, Catrina Heath, and Crosby Mills were with us the entire way answering every single question and relly just making the entire process quite easy.
We have been through the home buying process multiple times before including VA streamline refinances but, unfortunately not using Veterans United. From here onward though we will only refer Veterans United to all of our Veteran family and friends.

Had everything done on my side December 24th. Supposed to close on December 31st, didn’t end up closing until January 12th. Costed me 1500$ extra for renting the house I was supposed to have closed and lost deposits. All utilities started on the 31, come to find out owner had all utilities paid through January as well.no sense of urgency what so ever , passing the blame on to the title company and the appraiser. Even if it was their fault again no sense of urgency or trying to rectify the situation.

I hear your concern about the lack of urgency and the finger-pointing. Even when delays involve outside partners like title or appraisals, it’s still on us to communicate clearly and advocate for you throughout the process.
