You sent me an email that says my tax information is ready yet when i go to the website under documents there's nothing there.

Thanks for calling this out. I’m sorry for the confusion. Getting a notification that something is ready and then not seeing it in your documents is frustrating.

I had the best experience with my team. I asked a lot of questions, every question I asked I received an answer, No question was to big or to small. They kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole experience. If we decide to purchase again we will use Veterans United every time.
We worked with Liz Tilley and Brenda Kelly. They are an amazing team, we hit a lot of obstacles during this process and they were there every step of the way.
