At first, I was dreading the process to even begin, but the team quickly reassured me and broke it all down. Very informative and educational. I appreciate all their time and effort and answering all my questions, even if it was the same question over and over. I'd recommend them 100 times over because this was the experience everyone should have when purchasing a home. Especially their first home.
Even though my closing was severely delayed there was no fault lying on VU. My team did everything they could do to get the difficult situation resolved so that we could close. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with VU (x3) and would use them again and recommend the to anyone looking for a VA loan.

She showed daily dedication to making sure everything moved along smoothly week by week and we really appreciate her effort in getting us through the loan process as well.
