Overall outstanding quality from star to finish hands down easy communication and the paperwork was done quality.
Outstanding service and responsiveness.
My entire team was absolutely the best and I could not be more pleased than I am with how my experience turned out!Miguel Rosinski (Loan Officer), Alyssa Aylor (Transaction Coordinator with Miguel), Shawna Woofter (Home Buying Concierge), Kendra Townsend (Realtor), Kari Kelm (Transaction Coordinator with Kendra), Jayme Jeffreys (Escrow Officer), and Stacy Smith (Licensed Escrow Assistant) are the A Team to beat. All were nearly immediately available for questions, assistance, and a deep well of knowledge and guidance during a stressful and uncertain process like buying a home. I would recommend this lineup to ANYONE and EVERYONE hands down.My Situation:
I’m a first time homebuyer and using my vet benefits to their max so I was very unsure if this would work out and had soo many questions - to which every question was answered no matter how deep down the rabbit hole I went.My unique experience included:
1) I am a first time homebuyer,
2) I was using VA home loan benefits,
3) as a Texas resident I also was able to use the Texas Veterans Land Board home loan in conjunction with the VA, and
4) I am a disabled vet. There were so many new terms and information to learn that between my own due diligence and the constant questioning to my team, I gained knowledge and confidence I did not start with on this journey. If at any point I started to get anxious, a quick call to any of them quashed fears and worries fast!I cannot recommend Veterans United enough for this amazing American Dream opportunity and making the Dream a reality. If any part of you is unsure about this home buying journey do not hesitate to reach out to VU and ask all the questions you can. You will not be disappointed!
Miguel and Alyssa were great to work with! They were very accommodating of our busy schedules and went above and beyond to make themselves available to chat when we had specific questions or concerns. They made our experience pleasant instead of nerve-wracking.
Miguel and Alyssa provided exceptional support throughout a long and challenging loan process. Their consistency, patience, and clear communication made a significant difference. Because of their work, my son is able to remain in his home and stay at his school, which provides important stability for him. This wasn’t just a transaction — their efforts directly protected my family’s routine and security. I’m genuinely grateful for the level of care and professionalism they showed from start to finish.
Miguel Rosinski made the entire process easy and stress free. He was super patient with us - working with us for over a year as Jana and I navigated the housing market. He and his team provided multiple potential loan scenarios, yet I never felt pressured. At the end of the day I didn’t even shop for better rates as I knew Miguel was my guy due to his excellent customer service and communication.
Miguel and Keagan we’re excellent. They followed up on all matters and responded promptly. When they needed to research an answer, they did their due diligence in getting the information that was required and providing it back to us. We had a great experience.
