This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow. The team was always available to answer my many questions and assuage my worry over potential problems. They consistently responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Chad and Jamie's guidance when we discussed interest rates and how that worked. All in all, I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for a home. As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.
The team was with me every step of the way, lending guidance and answering any and all questions. Definately would recomend to all veterans.

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way.
