My home buying experience with Veterans United was the best. During each step of the process I was well informed and treated like family. When delays in our new home build happened Joseph, Keagen, Brandi and Brian were there to show their concern of the situation by reaching out and be sure that myself, wife and new born were taken care of.PCSing to a new duty station is stressful. Add to that having a home be delayed and a baby in the process I couldn’t have asked for a better team that worked so hard and showed how much they cared during this entire process. Alea and her entire team were amazing. Jeffery Kueker got me started in the process without any hiccups and answered all the questions I had. Keagen Phipps was amazing at advocating for me and getting all my paperwork straightened out and got me to closing very smoothly and easily. Crystal Tiede had plenty of advice and resources available to help me get everything arranged for moving and activation electric, gas, water, etc.

Aside from Kyle R. , our LO, we had the pleasure of working with Brittany as well.She was also very quick to answer and take care of the documents and closing details that we were going back and forth with our realtor for. She really helped us out with making sure the builders met certain timelines in order to close on the house, with no issues.Her assistance really helped my husband and I feel supported and secure with this home buying process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Kyle and his team in San Antonio! My house had every setback and delay possible to complete (new build) and Kyle, Bianca, and Keagen were on the spot with information about my loan along the way. I never felt alone or neglected even when setback started at month 4 and continued for the next 11 months! They set me up and kept me going for the duration and I can honestly say I wouldn't have purchased the house if it hadn't been for their great attitudes and pursuit to provide me the best experience a homebuyer should have. Start to finish, Veteran's United and the San Antonio team made my dream of retiring in my newly built home a reality. My life is better because of them!
