As first time home buyers, my loan officer and loan team made everything very easy to understand, and explained everything if it was unknown during our process, as well as kept us updated as things were either getting done or if they needed to be done, this team took a lot of stress off our shoulders as we made our move and during our home buying process.
This was honestly the best process I've ever had. Joseph, Alyssa and the rest of the team (I can't remember all of the names) are phenomenal. I'm telling other Vet buddies of mine about VU and Joe's team. Truly can't say enough! I'll say this, between my realtor and Joe's team, I felt at ease in letting them do their thing. That might not be a good thing, but I trusted them to do right by me.I will say the negative is the website's message about using cookies won't go away and blocks part of the page. This is even worse on a mobile device.

Moved to TX from Michigan! Couldn’t decided between two LO. Decided to go with the Husband of our Relator. BIGGGG MISTAKE. Once we fired them, we contacted Kyle R. We said “Kyle we are 11 days from closing can you keep this on track”? Kyle answered our call at 8:30pm and said YES! He not only made it happen, he did it with CONFIDENCE KINDNESS ASSURANCE CLARITY EASE AND WE CLOSED. Kyle actually had us CTC 4 days earlier then our scheduled closing but we chose to keep original closing date due to Sellers needs! This was a complete mess, unstructured, too many hands in the pot deal with our first Mortgage Company. We prayed and finally my husband said “BABE CALL KYLE I HAVE PEACE IN ALL IUR CONVERSATIONS”! It was a breeze! Kyle even came to our closing with an American Flag. My Husband said “no better gift”! If you use Kyle I swear he will have you at ease and you will close with peace of mind. We will absolutely refer Kyle to all.
