The experience was great.
Mike Cortez did an outstanding job. Even when he was obviously tied up, he would make sure to reach out, tell me when he was available and he would stick to late. Chris Cano helped me with a home in Hawaii years ago and when I was looking for another I reach out to him, again!
I liked it over all I just wanted a few things done that never got done an I wish it could of been described a little bit better at first an I wanted Paul to finish out the loan but I ended up with Mike an thing went fast but there's a few things I didn't understand
Be realistic when giving information. The loan experience was no different than what I experienced with other lenders. I do like the patience and understanding of everyone when I had to try and get the documents that were needed.
