I felt very welcomed from the first day I came into the office, all the way until my closing day. That's exactly what I expect from a business and VU is probably the only company that has ever executed it so well.
They were extremely courteous and helpful. They really demonstrated a love for veterans and their families. Nathan was great!
The website sometime can be difficult to maneuver though. As I I might log in with the same computer but I had to have a code sent to my phone to access the account.

Although they are relatively new, as a veteran, I would give my business to a veteran organization any day.
Excellent Customer Service, the staff were friendly and polite. They all new what they were talking about and made the best decisions for me saving me money then my previous lender. Also found a cheaper and lower interest.
Service exceeded expectations, we were very happy with the outcome and will most likely use again in the future!
