Working with Nichole since 2021 has been very pleasant and productive at the same time. I felt at ease with her guidance, how she has always meticulously covered every aspect of what's in the client's best interest. I am ecstatic with that part more than anything. Also. Her teammates, one in particular Gray that has taken great effort to keep things in order, with such grace and kindness. I have to give a new nickname to Veterans United. It is the "chik fila" of real estate. Im going to encourage my "Battle Buddies" to rely on Veterans United. Veterans United failed me. They failed to communicate that we could not receive seller credits for repair and they cost us over $12k at the last minute right before closing.Will not be recommending them or doing business with them again.

Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

I highly recommend Nick Holman and also Mark Migneco. They are absolutely amazing in the work they do with you to get you a loan. If you happen to have a need for technical support Cara will walk you through step by step until you have the problem resolved. She had such an amazing sensitivity and patience as she walked me through to address my problem. when completing a doc-u sign form. I am so fortunate to have them assisting me when I applied to refinance my condo. I worried I drove them crazy contacting them so much, but their kindness and patience with all of the questions I asked was so valuable.
