The reps over promised and under delivered. I was charged fees for a concierge that did much of nothing. Also, the entire purchase as a FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER AND A DISABLED VETERAN was stressful and frustrating. I’m stuck with a home that should’ve been listed as ‘AS IS”. Highly disappointed. It’s been a month and I still can’t move in.
I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process.
