After one failed under contract with negative sellers, we finally became homeowners this weekend! We can’t say enough positive things about Rachel and Stephanie and the team! Veterans United held my hand every step of the way, which is exactly what I wanted as a person who has never bought a home before. Any time something was needed from me, it popped up on my dashboard and I got an email about it. The app and website are extremely user friendly, and someone was always available to help me if I needed it.
This is an EXCEPTIONAL team which is why we’ve used them multiple times now! They know how to navigate the VA loan process seamlessly and make the entire process a breeze. Our loan officer Madison Yant and her team truly care and were dedicated to getting us the best possible terms on our purchase. Even when Madison was under the weather and lost her voice, she was still making and taking phone calls to ensure every step of the process was communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. Shout out to Tim OBryant for being an amazing Veteran’s United realtor as well. We had worked with Tim on our last couple moves and when we started this process we found out that VU had adopted Tim as part of the team to become the lead realtor for our area. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better combined team if you value responsiveness, transparency, and SPEED. Their quick execution saved our deal and placed us ahead of other buyers. We wouldn’t be where we are OR where we’re going without them—thank you so very much!!!

I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away.
