All I can say, is that if you’re lucky enough to get Mike on your team, your experience will be even better. Veterans United Home Loans is seriously the best loan company to go through and they really have your back. They answer your questions and don’t abandon you when you’ve locked in a home and are closing or in that process. They’re supportive and answer all questions quickly and take care of a LOT of things on their end to make your life easier. I will always recommend. It was good working with Alec. I did think closing cost just kept going up. Then when you’re at closing you don’t want to stop the process so you just sign…. But closing cost started at like 7k then it was 9k then at closing it came in at 11k so it never went down it just kept going up. So I’m not sure what happened and I really didn’t want to put a roadblock up late in the afternoon when I was finally signing… so I swallowed the expense and signed. For this being for veterans you would think you could get better pricing and better interest rates.
