The mortgage industry is now a virtual model, which can be concerning to cyber-security-conscious customers. Kyle and his team are very responsive to inquiries, making the process easy to navigate. We had a fast closing. We hit a few snags in the process (not by the lender) and since this was my first time purchasing I didn’t know what was happening. I felt the loan team and VU did a good job from paperwork, signatures, website, texts and email communication and overall simplifying this somewhat tedious and important process. *It would be nice to know how to improve my APR next time. Otherwise it was a great experience.
I wouldn’t change a thing. Everyone was great at what they do.
