They're were knowledgeable and friendly.
I initially entered into this journey with little to no knowledge of how buying a home using a VA loan would work. The team at Veterans United couldn't have made this process any more pleasant and easier!! The resources they provide, combined with the outstanding loan team, really made our buying experience one to remember. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone!!!

Before I found V.U. on the internet I contact a mortgage company that advertises on the Television that specialist loans for Veterans. My experience was that their vetting questionnaire seems to me they are very selective on who they take as client. Bottom line unpleasant. So, if you are searching for homeownership give Veteran’s United a try and let them help through you home buying process.

Our loan specialist Joseph was extremely quick to respond after our first inquiry. From there, he was very reassuring and accurate with the information regarding our loan such as rates and time lines. I would highly recommend Veterans United as they are much more efficient and responsive compared to what we’ve experienced elsewhere.

The only thing I would change is to be able to have the site send me text alerts when there is something pending that I need to do. Sometimes I would forget to log on daily and find out a few days later, after logging on, that I needed to accomplish something. That is my only recommendation for the web site.
