We had quite a unique situation that we told Kyle about right away. He told us it was a challenge but he would do everything to try and make it work. He never came back and said he couldn’t do it and went over and beyond to help us when we don’t think anyone else could have. Also, Kyle and everyone else at VU were so kind, always reached back out to us immediately but usually never had to because they usually contacted us first. So impressed with them and there are no words for how much we would recommend them.
A huge shout out to Alea, the entire Veterans United team and especially to Britney. Each and every one of you made our experience as easy as can be. As a veteran, I appreciate companies that share a business model of assisting those of us that served our nation. Unfortunately, not all companies are successful in their approach. I never thought we would finally get to our goal to start the process. We worked with the lighthouse program to get our credit scores were they needed to be. Once there. a starter pistol and we were off! The process was fast but so easy. The app was fantastic at keeping us on schedule with all needed paperwork. The entire team kept us up to date and moving along and once we found our home everything was in place, the deal went through and 3 weeks later we closed. Fantastic experience!
