Was by far the BEST experience ever ! From day 1 walking into the office and the environment was so welcoming! She helped bridge any information we needed and was available and reply within minutes! We can’t say enough nor praise them for the attention to details they give us . We’d both recommended them a million times over to Our Family & Friends . Even after closing we still get checked in on and see if we need help with anything! You don’t get Serivce like that anymore! A couple of months ago we tried applying for a mortgage through a local mortgage company, and unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. We tried again 7 months later and it was amazing from start to finish. Beginning with Steven who helped use get ready for the pre-qualification process, to our Loan Officer Alea, down to Jeffery and Nicole who communicated everything that was needed throughout the process and heard us out for our timeline and needs. We closed on our home in about 26 days! We really do appreciate everyone in this team up in San Antonio with Veterans United.
