Even though my closing was severely delayed there was no fault lying on VU. My team did everything they could do to get the difficult situation resolved so that we could close. Miguel and his people are true professionals one of which was Keagen who helped get everything required from everyone involved into our loan package for underwriting. She showed daily dedication to making sure everything moved along smoothly week by week and we really appreciate her effort in getting us through the loan process as well.
