My experience with veterans united was great and easy. My only problem with this process was the real estate agent veterans united provided. I would definitely NOT recommend using Kia from 1st class real estate RVA. Me and my wife felt the communication was extremely slow and there were points in the closing process when we had to reach out to the seller/listing agent to ensure we had documents needed to close. It seemed like doing her job was bothersome. But other than that, the loan team, the concierge, and every other member in the process was very professional and helpful.
This was my first time using my veteran's benefits to buy a home and I couldn't be happier that I picked Veterans United to be my mortgage lender.
