I've heard sotries about how horrible buying a house is, but this team made the process seem like it was the same as buying a new TV. I've learned a lot that I didn't know before because of the knowledge and dedication the team gave me during the purchase, and I'm sure they give everyone the same treatment they've shown me.

We had a fast closing. We hit a few snags in the process (not by the lender) and since this was my first time purchasing I didn’t know what was happening. I felt the loan team and VU did a good job from paperwork, signatures, website, texts and email communication and overall simplifying this somewhat tedious and important process. *It would be nice to know how to improve my APR next time. Otherwise it was a great experience.
