The constant calls about other 3rd party services were annoying at times while trying to purchase a home, but I understand why.
The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
