Being a Veteran it opens up alot of doors when it comes to leanders and i was very shocked to say the least how the poor quality of Customer service i was receiving from other Major leanders.. especially ones you would think would cater to the Veteran community.. with the big ones I was getting the feeling that we were just another number..couldn't always get in touch with the loan officer..got more questions than answers from them that really suprised me since going into this the wife and i had EXCELLENT credit.. With Veterans United i worked with my loan officer from being to end. Any and all questions and concerns were addressed never felt like we were getting the run around..especially in todays market with the high price of homes and especially the rising interest rates were got locked in at the right time to a very good interest rate without any hassle.
