Anytime you purchase a home there is a daunting task of finding paperwork and receipts etc. we got through it.. The entire team who handled my loan is to be commended, they made it happen. Lisa and Melissa was fantastic. They always respond quickly, nice, friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 7 out of 10 is the final step where we need to have the final number to transfer money to the title company was delay. I have to keep following up and we didn’t know until afternoon of the day before closing.

I was able to watch them and understand what to expect prior to Closing. My lender allowed me to Digitally sign my final Closing disclosure prior to closing , doing this made my closing day move quickly. This organization made me feel honored for my Service as a Veteran .
