Overall such a great experience! Every moving part was thoroughly explained to me. I had all questions answered before I could even ask.I felt like I was really part of a team, and they all had my back.
The veterans United team was always spot on taking care of me and made the process so much easier.
The VU office of Scott Air Base was an excellent experience. They were friendly, informative, timely, and just great customer service. We closed on time without any delays. I highly recommend their branch. (We've used other VU offices and this one far outranks them.)
The experience with Veterans United was amazing and very smooth! The whole team was very professional and very easy to speak with and friendly. They answered every question and always provided more helpful information and vent over backwards to assist in anyway. I truly enjoyed working with the whole team at Veterans United!

Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.
This company was recommend by friends and i will pass the word along to more if they are looking for a house
After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology
Response from Veterans United
Hi Luke,
I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused. Taking a day off work for a scheduled closing is a big deal, and we should have been aligned and communicated better. I also regret that you didn’t receive an apology at the time.
If you’re open to it, our Client Advocate team would appreciate the chance to look into what happened. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
