Our whole experience with Veterans United Home Loans has been exceptional! We had super quick responses to our questions and concerns. There is a true feeling of care and desire to help. It goes beyond the feeling of having help just because it is their job, but that there is a real desire to make owning a home a possibility for people. They went above and beyond their jobs with us. We had a need to expedite our closing and they worked so much to make our closing possible. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making this home possible.
Everyone was so friendly and courteous. They were very helpful with all my questions and concerns. They were very informative on all the steps of my loan process. They worked as a team to complete the job and always had somebody working hard on my loan from start to finish. I would highly recommend Veterans United.
Our realtor, Bruce Balfeur, was an all-star! He is laid back when it comes to you looking at homes. If you have a home that you want to see, he’ll make it happen. But when you find that home you like he flips a switch and becomes all business. He’s a master at his craft. Bruce has been in the game for quite some time, and it shows! Alea was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process! She kept me updated from start to finish, and made sure I was CTC by the time I told her I wanted to be! I absolutely love her for how easy she made this process for me!! Thank you sooooo much Alea! If I could do it all over again I would change nothing!!!
