I thought the paperwork was ok and not too cumbersome. It all went very smooth for us. My only issue is I thought our interest rate was a 1/4% too high for a veteran with my credit history.
The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
Everyone was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process! Not once did we feel lost and unable to figure out what we needed to do next. We were paired with an amazing team to help us buy our home.
*-Dan Hopkins has helped us re-finance our house 2 times and both times he and his team went above and beyond to see us to the finish line. I would recommend Dan and his team to anyone wanting to re-finance their home.
