The last bit I couldn’t understand or comprehend was the POA wording and why it became an issue. We set up the POA in advance because I was leaving the country for work and subsequently leaving the country on a family vacation less than 24 hours after my return. I was foggy on those details on the wording. I know y’all got it squared away for the closing to get funded. Why wasn’t this caught in advance. We gave the team plenty of time to review things prior to Rieko signing the documents on the 7th. Can you all please elaborate on this? I am not upset by any means it got taken care of. I just would like to know for my peace of mind. Thanks again for all your help. You all are the best that’s out there.-Marc

Very grateful to have done the home-buying process with United Veteran team.
My husband and I are in our 60's and this was our first time purchasing a home. Our Realtor recommended we work with Joseph Sepulveda because he is a Veteran like my husband and she let us know that he would be patient with my husband, who is hard of hearing. We are so glad we did. Joseph and his team walked us through the process so seamlessly. Brittany Kendall was so nice and called me whenever I needed to get something done. We closed on our brand new home and we are so excited to spend the rest of our lives in this beautiful home that was purchased with the help of our Loan Officer Joseph Sepulveda.
Everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. All our questions were answered and we had no problems getting a hold of someone when we needed assistance.
