Our loan specialist Joseph was extremely quick to respond after our first inquiry. From there, he was very reassuring and accurate with the information regarding our loan such as rates and time lines. I would highly recommend Veterans United as they are much more efficient and responsive compared to what we’ve experienced elsewhere.
The only thing I would change is to be able to have the site send me text alerts when there is something pending that I need to do. Sometimes I would forget to log on daily and find out a few days later, after logging on, that I needed to accomplish something. That is my only recommendation for the web site.
This is our first time buying a home and the process could have been very difficult from what we understood and have observed from others we know who have purchased a home, but the team made the process flawless and took all the hard work out of our hands.
