Unfortunately this was the worst experience we've had with the underwriting process. There were multiple instances where things were asked of us that either were unrelated to the purchase of this home or things that our realtor/inspector had never heard of. For example, we needed to provide documentation on a home we no longer own, different documents for our inspection etc. It just felt like there was always a hang up or additional/unnecessary steps. overall, our loan officer Alea was great but it was not a good experience working with this company.

Thank you for your feedback Melanie. Our apologies if the reason for each item requested wasn't thoroughly explained to you. We definitely only ask for items needed to clear underwriting conditions, but occasionally we overlook the importance of explaining the "why" behind an item.
