My process took about 9 months, which in itself was a bit stressful, but my VU team was there every step of the way. They kept my mind at ease and made the process as simple as possible. Everyone from my VU team rocked, and Id definitely recommend them to any service member looking for a new home. Easiest 10/10 review I've ever given. 20/10 if I could. VU ROCKS.

Aleah and her team were amazing, words cannot describe how grateful I am for all the support and hard work they put in! Everyone was so quick to respond to any/all questions that I had during the home buying process.Brian, Brandi and Brittany made the process so much easier. Brandi and Brittany both put a lot of hard work and dedication into making sure I had all my documents turned in, and assisting with getting the documents that was required. Which relieved a lot of stressors off my family and I, so thank you both! Brian provided me with all the resources and contact information for the all service providers. Which helped a lot! All in all I would highly recommend Aleah and her team! They make you feel like family. They’re all very knowledgeable, passionate and timely with the services they provide!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Kyle and the team provided us with an excellent & efficient experience. This was our second time going through the home loan process, and we would recommend Veterans United (and Kyle specifically) to our friends and family!

I highly recommend the Veterans United team for home loans for Veterans! They are a quality company and I would use their services again over any other lender I have used thus far (e.g. Lennar, NavyFed, etc.). If you are in the San Antonio area, I highly recommend Alea Schuyler, as she was amazing to work with. I never felt I was uninformed as to where we were in the process, she was highly accessible (even after 5pm), provided amazing advice and recommendations, and helped to keep the process flowing and on track in a way that I never felt concerned for anything falling apart. It was a pure blessing to go through today's lending experience and feel almost entirely stress-free - and it is thanks to the team at Veterans United for helping make that happen. This is the true 110% crew here!

The Veteran's United Team is outstanding. We could not have picked a better lender to work with. Miguel, Kyle, Brittany, and the entire team in general worked quickly and efficiently to get us into our home as soon as possible. The process was smooth, everything was clear, and the online portal made document submission very convenient. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional and communicated effectively through any means (phone, text, email). We are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Veteran's United!

What separates Veterans United from the rest is the level of Customer service and professionalism. Being a Veteran it opens up alot of doors when it comes to leanders and i was very shocked to say the least how the poor quality of Customer service i was receiving from other Major leanders.. especially ones you would think would cater to the Veteran community.. with the big ones I was getting the feeling that we were just another number..couldn't always get in touch with the loan officer..got more questions than answers from them that really suprised me since going into this the wife and i had EXCELLENT credit.. With Veterans United i worked with my loan officer from being to end. Any and all questions and concerns were addressed never felt like we were getting the run around..especially in todays market with the high price of homes and especially the rising interest rates were got locked in at the right time to a very good interest rate without any hassle. If any Veteran is in the market for a new Home i would highly recommend giving Veterans United the opportunity to be your next lender.

I really enjoyed working with the whole team in the San Antonio branch. They were very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again if I buy another house in the future. Thanks so much!
