As a veteran, I appreciate companies that share a business model of assisting those of us that served our nation. Unfortunately, not all companies are successful in their approach. Some tend to revert back to just being an organization that bombards you with endless marketing ploys and constant calls while you are working to provide for your family.
Veterans United was not only an exceptional experience for me during the stress of home buying, but I truly wish other companies, no matter their industry, took a page out of VU's approach when it comes to Customer Service.

Veterans United made the home buying process so simple. Of course there are always obstacles but their team never failed to ensure me and my husband were on the right track. The portal was easy to navigate, communication was always fast, and the team was so personable. Once we signed, Miguel actually came to our signing to bring us several gifts. As first time home buyers, we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you VU!!
I never thought we would finally get to our goal to start the process. We worked with the lighthouse program to get our credit scores were they needed to be. Once there. a starter pistol and we were off! The process was fast but so easy. The app was fantastic at keeping us on schedule with all needed paperwork. The entire team kept us up to date and moving along and once we found our home everything was in place, the deal went through and 3 weeks later we closed. Fantastic experience!

My process took about 9 months, which in itself was a bit stressful, but my VU team was there every step of the way. They kept my mind at ease and made the process as simple as possible. Everyone from my VU team rocked, and Id definitely recommend them to any service member looking for a new home. Easiest 10/10 review I've ever given. 20/10 if I could. VU ROCKS.
Aleah and her team were amazing, words cannot describe how grateful I am for all the support and hard work they put in! Everyone was so quick to respond to any/all questions that I had during the home buying process.Brian, Brandi and Brittany made the process so much easier. Brandi and Brittany both put a lot of hard work and dedication into making sure I had all my documents turned in, and assisting with getting the documents that was required.
