Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.

The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them. Everyone on the team was completely on their game and I was able to close on a wonderful home only 33 days after initially contacting them. I swear it’s like they wouldn’t rest until I was safe in a new home. Everyone was so attentive and available whenever I needed them.
