I have already recommended the company to my brother who is also a veteran. I do not think the process would have went as smooth as it did of not for the team I was assigned.
once again VU was great but not so much the title company. we were told our disbursement would be direct deposit. we gave them that info then find out it was mailed . as I work for the USPS that is 4 to 5 days when everything is working right. since we had two truck break downs we will be lucky to get the check by the 13th or 14th. now I know they had no control over that but still. let them know we won't use them again.
The process was simple and efficient. My team provided excellent help and understanding. They were quick to respond to any question or concern I had.
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
Niesha and Nick were very helpful the WHOLE process. They are the definition of it takes a village! I’m truly appreciative they made this process easier! Super informative and was very consistent with communication.
