Donald and Lisa were great to work with. It took three attempts before we settled on the home we purchased and both of them answered every question promptly. We are very happy we chose Veterans United for our big move to Texas.
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
The team I was assigned to was amazing! They were patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to work around the clock no matter the situation you may be in. There were some circumstances, Veterans United was willing to take house calls during non-working hours. The dedication was visible from both Veterans United and the realtor.

The whole process of being a first time home buyer was made so simple by Mr John and Kyle. They were there every step of the way and assisted with all problems that came up making this home buying experience a great one for me. I’m so glad to have the team I had. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get the home of my dream.
I value honesty not lies starting with this is my personal phone number that went to unknown number of people. They could have saved a lot of stress by explaining what needed to be corrected on the to do list. And the to do list should be put out once not added too every week. My loan was 13 days past the date I requested it was started near Thanksgiving and was granted on 6 January requested for 23 December with a closing date of 3 January.
Our experience with Tommy Purk was nothing short of fantastic. My fiancé and I cannot fully begin to express our gratitude for his and Thomas Sutton’s services. Attention to detail… goes above and beyond! Guides you through the process and the To Do list is the best. Answers questions within minutes or hours, but definitely same day. Used a few times and will use again…. The process actually helped husband and I clear debit and make us more debit cautious
