Haley is my favorite and I’m glad I was also hooked up with a good agent as well. Hector was phenomenal. Communication was top notch. All questions answered and I understood all I needed at ever step of the process. It was very nice and took off A LOT of stress. I would give a 12/10 or more if I could, absolutely.
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
This is the sixth home I’ve purchased in my lifetime, and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. This team was incredibly encouraging and helpful every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, and because of their guidance and communication, I always felt confident and informed.
Brent, Kurt and Dez were all amazing. They worked with me with through time zones and many other things to procure my new property.
