This was my first time buying a home, and I would be lying if I said that I did not go into this process stressing from the jump and expecting the run around. I know that the home buying process can be discouraging, which is one reason I put if off for so long. Working with Veterans United, especially Miguel Rosinski, Keagen Phipps, and Ashley Draven made this whole process anything but difficult and discouraging. Right from the get go I was impressed with the service they provided, the attitude they put out, and the dedication they had to help me through every step of the home buying process. There was never any time I felt that I was not informed as to where we were at in the process, and if they did not have a clear answer at the moment, they got back to me at record speed to update me. Any time I reached out, I either got an immediate answer or a quick call back. I had many questions and called quite a few time for clarification and never once did I feel like I was a burden. Was contacted by Mr. Sepulveda about 6 months ago. At that time rates had gone down, but not by much. He contacted me again noting rates had gone down further and we started the process for refinancing. As a Veteran, with a Wife and Son, Saving money is always a good thing.
