My husband, the Veteran, and me had the best experience with our Loan Officer, Jerry Landrey and his Loan Coordinator, Grace Walther!! They were both so professional and gave easy instructions on all forms needed, by giving us a checklist. They were great at answering any questions that we had. The whole process was a joy because these two were fantastic!!! I will definitely refer VU to other veterans!!! And I will recommend Jerry and Grace to them!!! I give them a grade of A++.

The team members function well as a unit and getting things done in an efficient manner meant an awful lot to me. Great folks to work with. This is my last home..as i'm 77 years old now and will not see the last payment on this home. But, it was great working with everyone that helped me into a home I can now easily manage and not have to spend my days looking at a retirement home...THIS is my retirement home.
Veterans United came through with flying colors when other banks were nitpicking small stuff that was not truly relevant. I appreciate the gifts and will put them to good use.
