I was always made aware of what was going on and if I had questions, I'd either call or text the appropriate individual/individuals and the matter would be dealt with.










veterans united was great, they were informative and communicated everything they needed from me very efficiently but whenever I told them anything they ignored me. I told them at the very beginning of the process that I wanted to put down money on the VA loan and Linsey Edgell talked to me and we discussed the numbers related to a down payment and how that would affect the monthly payment then when the closing day came I asked how to send money for the down payment. she said that they would have to delay closing in order to do a down payment because it was not in the contract. another thing, after I had signed all the paperwork with the title company and received the key, they refused to fund the loan because everything was not signed on the same day which we cleared them about. the title company had to call Linsey Edgell and figure out what was going on. the title company Rep said "I have never seen this before in 12 years of working here".
