Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I wanted to roll my closing costs into the loan. No one helped me, and I was unable to do it. I ended up paying out of pocket for this. I would not recommend you to any of my vet buddies because of this.

Very professional

Chris Porter was an absolute stud. Donna was lazy, slow, didn't communicate ever and almost talked the deal multiple times due to miss poor work ethic. At multiple times in the 8.5 months it took to close; Donna would be unresponsive for weeks and as a result we had to redo paperwork after paperwork. Would not recommend!
