Everything was so smooth and the team kept me updated and helped with any questions I needed!
It was good how things fell in place. But our advice to the team is this: The team members need to be a little more in sync with each other. In other words; If one team member is absent, and another team member takes over, they need to make sure that the other team member has everything that they need to continue on with the work. It was was very frustrating for Mrs. Lykes and myself in getting the certain to-do's together again after we had already taken care of it. But other than that, it was great. Every team member was great. And that's real talk. I will be recommending you guys.

Being a Veteran I wanted to purchase a home. Not having the best credit score I tried anyway.I had the most wonderful team of financial personnel. Starting with Ms.Britney, who stood with me from being to end. She had a team that's unbelievable. The process was great they gave me a Realtor that'was unbelievable,Mr. David to get my scores where they need to be. This team work so hard, my sellers representative was how was they able to close so fast. I would recommend any veteran to call and try to purchase a home . Ms. Brittney who stated it all off for me. Overall working with Veterans United has been a rewarding experience for our family. The loan process was easy to follow, because we had a great team to work with us and to direct our path every step of the way. This is our second time successfully completing a home loan with Veterans United.
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.
