They made sure I had the needed information when I needed it to understand where we were at and where we were going. Whenever I invented a new problem or had a concern, I got a quick solution or answer. On more than one occasion I shot an email out on a Saturday thinking I'd get a response on Monday, and within an hour I had an answer to my question. At all times it felt like I had the team in my corner. This is my second time closing on a house and didn't have that with my last lender.It was nothing but a pleasure to work with Brandon, Michael, Crosby, and Anna. Brant Baxton was amazing!!! He explained everything to us and made our home purchase very easy. He always answered my calls which I never expected. He lwent above an beyond and I will recommend him to everyone. He even sent us a bark box which was a total surprise that we LOVED!!!We also had the experience of working with LeAnn Justis I'm sorry to say that I did not enjoy working with her nor did the title company we used. She waited till the last minute on a few very crucial things that delayed our closing. He emails to us and the title company using her BIG LETTERS shouting at us were very offensive. I did not enjoy working with her and at the end Brant came in and saved the day.
