My loan officer, Dustin Johnson, and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout every step. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home—they made my dream of homeownership a reality, and I’m so grateful for their support.
Veterans United (Andrew Struttman) did an excellent job. Why ? Easy to communicate. The highlights , he had a non-VA approved property turned to a VA approved property.My little research states it's a long process . It would even take months. But guess what. Mark Manos was the BEST I could have dreamed of! He was always attentive and I’m a type of person that has a lot of questions and he was always just there for me answering and explaining things. He would check in along the way and always give me updates. I never really had a call to ask questions to find out if something had gone through or paperwork wise. He was also very patient. This was like a two year process where we were watching the numbers and making sure we record and saving our money and he never acted like I was a waste of time or that he was in it just for an ethical reasons. He’s definitely a good person inside and out.! And I am very much looking forward to doing business with him again.
