As earlier stated, the mortgage team ( Miguel and Keagan) were amazing! This is the 2nd home purchased by Veterans United. My loan and this unique house was not a simple purchase. The team was thorough, made sure all items were addressed, extremely responsive, and was always there for my questions. Thank you
I want to thank the San Antonio Veterans United team for helping me purchase my home. I could not be more pleased with your professionalism, responsiveness, and organization ability. I was extremely pleased with the companies online portal that was easy to identify documents required and the ability to virtually upload to my portal profile. This made this processes that much smoother.
Do not go with Tiffany Ramirez Parado. I hear great things about veterans United we were actually recommend by my sister who loved her experience. We were just unfortunate I think to have a really bad, unprofessional, and very sneaky loan officer.
