Tiffanie was great to work with and made sure to check on us to make sure the process was smooth on our end. She made sure we got the best rate possible to save us some money. We highly recommend her.
Tiffanie and the entire team made my first home buying experience flawless. I had a ton of questions and Tiffanie never skipped a beat. Thanks!!
Our loan officer was Tiffany Ramirez Parado. She was never avaliable when we needed her. She gave us false information on multiple occasions. She had is believe and trust her with our highest Hope's and completely let us down. Promised we'd get our earnest money back didn't happend. We are still seeing issues on her behalf 2 months after we signed for a loan. I felt used and abused by her when it was all said and done. I dont know how she still has a job with one of the leading VA loan companies it's a shame and is giving VA United a bad name.
